As a young kid, Autumn always had a passion for animals. She would watch Westminster Dog Show every year with such interest in it. Her father, Bill introduced her to a childhood friend of his that showed dogs and after she met her, it took off from there.

Starting at the young age of 11 years old, Autumn began showing in AKC Junior Showmanship Competition with her first show dog, Diesel. Throughout the first couple years of showing, she showed her own dogs and accomplished Diesel’s Championship. Diesel helped her grow as a handler, being a dog that was not very easy to show. As the years went on, she worked for a few different handlers and branched out to handling for some of her friends.

In 2015, Autumn’s whirlwind career as a handler seemed to take off. She was given the opportunity to show a male by the name of Lucas (Can Sel BIS MBISS FV GCH Am 2x Sel MBISS GCH Harmonia’s Name of The Game HIC OFA) bred and owned by Nadine Paquin of Harmonia German Shepherds at the German Shepherd Dog Club of America’s National in St. Louis, MO (a once a year event with the top German Shepherd’s in the country). Having never met him before, they went onto winning Winner’s Dog, Best of Winners, and Select 4. Autumn then campaigned Lucas the following year and they grew as a team, adding more titles to his name.

She has finished numerous of Championships and Grand Championships in the United States as well as Canada throughout her few years. Autumn enjoys showing her own dogs as well as other’s dogs. She is looking forward to her future as handling for a hobby; it is something she truly enjoys.
